We are looking for as soon as possible
Field service representative in customer service

Your tasks:
Coping with day-to-day business:

• Servicing, maintenance and repair of our gas measurement systems in the field
• Analysis and elimination of sources of error in gas measurement systems in the field
• Telephone support for technical questions
• Documentation of the work carried out (software-supported)

Solving challenging tasks:

• Field service and commissioning assignments
• Service training for customers and service partners
• Mainly active in Germany and the European Union

Requirements

Theory and practice:

• You have completed technical training as an electronics or mechatronics technician or have an equivalent qualification
• Ideally, you have already gained experience in a comparable position
• Confident German skills, both spoken and written, are available
• Knowledge of English is an advantage
