Area Sales Manager

Place of Work:  Lampertswalde, Germany

 

Main tasks and areas of:

  • Main tasks and areas of responsibility
  • Conducting range and price discussions as well as contract and condition negotiations with customers
  • Creation of meaningful customer reports for each conversation
  • Acquisition of defined target customers
  • Budgeting by customers and items on an annual basis and monthly control
  • Sales and budget responsibility
  • Carrying out assortment analyses
  • Implementation of assortment changes in compliance with economic viability
  • Further development of customer ranges (flooring, panels, accessories)
  • Competitive observation and implementation of competitive analyzes (market shares, assortments, prices, POS)
  • Maintaining an 8 week itinerary with weekly updates
  • Creation and follow-up of offers within the specified framework
  • Preparation and transmission of the calculation documents to the controlling
  • Creation of customer-specific marketing and sales concepts including POS design
  • Technical leadership of clerks and field staff in the team

Requirements:

  • Studies in business administration or industrial engineering
  • Sales-oriented way of thinking,
  • Good communication and presentation skills
  • Independent way of working - technical understanding
  • Negotiation skills
  • PC skills: MS Office, K-Soft, CRM
  • Good knowledge of German and English
