We are currently looking for Our Customer, a global leader in the development of inverter and energy storage solutions, a candidate for the position of:

Business Development Manager Germany (m/f/d) Photovoltaic
Region/Workplace: Germany
Reference Number: BDM/F/DE

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • active search and acquisition of new distribution customers - large customers - 4-5 customers on the market
  • achievement of the assumed sales goals - the goal of achieving a stable position on the German PV and ESS market
  • preparation and presentation of commercial offers and conducting negotiations,
  • cooperation in shaping the sales strategy,
  • all operational activities related to sales and after-sales service
  • close cooperation with other departments of the company in building offers for clients,
  • creating a service and marketing department in Germany.

THE PERFECT CANDIDATE:

  • has experience and contacts in sales to a large corporate client,
  • can reach decision-makers and build relationships,
  • is independent, result-oriented and effective in achieving the set sales goals,
  • is able to conduct presentations and trade negotiations,
  • has high communication and interpersonal skills.

INFORMATION CLAUSE Pursuant to the Art. 13 of the Act 1 and 2 of the General Data Protection Regulation of April 27, 2016, this is to advise you as follows:
1) The administrator of your personal data shall be PROFIT HR ALEKSANDRA KNAPCZYK seated in Katowice (40-750), with the street address of Hierowskiego 52;
2) The contact person for any matters related to personal data protection in PROFIT HR ALEKSANDRA KNAPCZYK shall be the Personal Data Protection Inspector  available at: iod@audyt-doradztwo.pl; 
3) Your personal data shall be processed for the recruitment purposes based on the Article 6 of the Act 1 point b and the Article 9 of the Act 2 point a of the General Data Protection Regulation of April 27, 2016;
4) The recipient of your personal data shall be the data administrator’s HR department employees, other employment services, and the administrator’s contractors and clients with whom the administrator had entered into agreements on the subject of employment services;
5) Your personal data shall not be transferred to third countries and international organizations;
6) Your personal data shall be kept for the period deemed necessary for the recruitment purposes, and longer, for 5 years, for the purpose of future recruitment. After this period, personal data shall be deleted;
7) You shall be entitled to access the content of your personal data, and you shall have the right to correct, delete, limit the processing of, transfer data, raise an objection, withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before withdrawal;
8) You shall have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority should you find the processing of your personal data violating the General Data Protection Regulation of April 27, 2016;
9) Sharing your personal data shall be voluntary; not sharing your personal data shall result in excluding you from recruitment process performed by the Company;
10) Your personal data shall not be processed for profiling.

„I hereby consent to processing by the PROFIT HR ALEKSANDRA KNAPCZYK seated in Katowice (40-750), at the street address of Hierowskiego 52, my personal data, for the purpose of implementing by the Company the recruitment process, in accordance to the requirements listed in the General Personal Data Regulation of April 27, 2016. I also state that I was advised about the possibility to withdraw my consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before withdrawal.””
